Privacy Policy

Our apps are built privacy-first: they work offline and keep your data on your device. This policy explains, in plain language, what little information is involved and how it is handled.

This Privacy Policy describes how Frog Labs LLC ("Frog Labs," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our iOS applications, including Blackjack (the "Apps"), and this website. By using our Apps or website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Our Apps are designed to collect as little information as possible.

  • No account required. Our Apps do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, or any other personal information to use them.
  • Gameplay data stays on your device. Game progress, settings, and statistics (such as hands played, win rate, and strategy trainer accuracy) are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this data to our servers, and we cannot access it.
  • Information you send us voluntarily. If you contact us by email or through our website, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address and the contents of your message. We use it only to respond to you.

2. How Information Is Used

Any information we receive is used solely to:

  • Respond to your support requests, questions, and feedback;
  • Diagnose and fix problems with our Apps;
  • Improve the quality, features, and usability of our products.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build user profiles.

3. Analytics

Our Apps do not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We may review aggregated, anonymized statistics provided by Apple through App Store Connect (such as download counts and crash reports). This data is collected by Apple under its own privacy policy, only from users who have opted in to share analytics with developers, and it never identifies individual users to us.

4. Third-Party Services

Our Apps are distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store and rely on standard Apple frameworks to function. Apple may process certain data (for example, to complete a download or purchase) as described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

Our website is hosted as static files. The web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and request timestamps) for security and operational purposes. Our website uses no advertising trackers and sets no marketing cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as a technical necessity of serving the font files.

5. Data Security

Because gameplay data never leaves your device, the most sensitive information is protected by your device itself — including iOS sandboxing and any device encryption you have enabled. For the limited information you send us directly (such as support emails), we restrict access to those who need it to respond, retain it only as long as necessary, and protect it using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take care to minimize what exists in the first place.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Apps and website are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Blackjack contains simulated gambling and carries the corresponding App Store age rating. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@froglabsllc.com and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing (for example, under the GDPR in the European Union or the CCPA/CPRA in California).

  • Data stored on your device (game progress and statistics) is fully under your control. You can reset statistics within the App or remove all app data by deleting the App.
  • Data you sent us directly (such as support emails) can be accessed, corrected, or deleted on request — just email us.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@froglabsllc.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, when we release new features or when legal requirements change. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of our Apps after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
